Pet Rent is $25 extra per month per pet. (Our insurance forbids Pit Bulls) We also do not allow reptiles (snakes, lizards or turtles) or pets that could be considered livestock, example chickens, pigs etc.
There is also a required non-refundable pet deposit. Deposits are per pet and in the amounts as follows:
Small Dog (under 30 lbs) $100 per animal
Large Dog (over 30 lbs) $200 per animal
Cat $300 per animal

We carefully consider all applications, but reserve the right to reject any applications based upon negative findings. Background checks are usually completed within 48 hours.
